Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details:

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation must be requested before dispatch
